Within its pipeline of expansion, Edmark sets its vision in real estate development with plans to create a positive environment with effective public utilities and hygienic amenities. With quality education and a favorable living condition, we envision building a productive, prosperous, and positive community.

The vision city is called Edmark City, the City of Light.

In December 2015, the journey towards realizing the vision of Edmark City begun with the official groundbreaking ceremony at the 2.1-hectare land in Lekki, Nigeria.

The development aims to designate spaces for office units, retail outlets, and hotel rooms, on top of the residential towers. The hotel structure plans on housing over 150 hotel rooms while the commercial retail structure aims at accommodating over 100 retail stores including a state-of-the-art auditorium of 1200 seating capacity, an Olympic-sized ice skating rink, three state-of-the-art cinema theatres paired with the Imax 3D theatre screens, a sky garden, medical centers as well as grocery supermarkets.

On the other hand, the residential service apartment structure aims to comprise of a combination of studio units, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4- bedroom units, complemented with recreational facilities and amenities such as a 40-meter swimming pool, basketball court, jogging paths, gyms and fitness centers, a sky garden, as well as children play area among others.
